Meet Dr. Rae Watts

Dr. Rae Watts- School Director

Hi, I’m Dr. Rae Watts, and I’m honored to serve as the Director of St. Paul’s Lutheran School. I’m originally from Newark, Delaware, and I bring over ten years of experience in Early Childhood Education. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Studies with concentrations in Education and Psychology, as well as a Master’s and Doctorate in Educational Leadership all obtained from the wonderful Delaware State University.

My passion lies in nurturing young minds and creating a warm, faith-filled environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. I believe that combining the love of Christ with the joy of early learning helps plant seeds of faith, curiosity, and lifelong growth in each child’s heart.

When I’m not at school, I love spending time with my family and friends, serving in my community, and treating myself to a bit of self-care.

I look forward to partnering with our families and leading St. Paul’s into a bright and purposeful future rooted in love, learning, and spiritual development.

With a grateful heart,

Dr. Rae

Ms. Khalesha- Assistant Teacher

Hello! I am Ms. Pam, I am the new Instructional Lead at St. Paul’s Lutheran School! With over 15 years of experience in education, I have worn many hats – from teacher to administrator – and it has allowed me to bring a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and heart to our school family.

When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoys spending time with my family, listening to music, being creative, and kayaking on a sunny day. I have a big love for animals and a joyful spirit that shines through in all that I do.

I am so excited to share my passion for learning, creativity, and fun with the children, staff, and families of St. Paul’s. Looking forward to an awesome year!

Best,

Ms. Pam

Hello! My name is Ms. Khalesha, and I am so excited to join the St. Paul’s Lutheran School family as an Assistant Teacher!

I was born in Connecticut and grew up in Philadelphia. Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with students in grades K-12 as a para, providing support to children and their individual needs. Through these experiences, I’ve discovered my passion for education and I am eager to continue building my career in this field.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, hanging out with friends and family, and taking care of my plants.

I truly believe every child has unique gifts, and I can’t wait to help nurture those gifts here at St. Paul’s. I am looking forward to an amazing school year full of learning, growth, and fun together!

Sincerely,

Ms. Khalesha
